THE SOLUTION

We conducted broad-based internal and external research that resulted in the creation of a strategic framework known as Integrated Customer Management (ICM) which provides a unified articulation of analytics-driven customer journeys. ICM formed the blueprint of the RFP which was developed by us. Additionally, we developed the guidelines and conducted the RFP responses.

THE OUTCOME

 

The bank entered commercial negotiations with the short-listed implementation vendor and the project was kicked-off. We signed on to provide business alignment and transformation advisory services based on the ICM blueprint.
