We helped Grasshopper gain a more detailed understanding of the issue by gathering and analysing data on the recruiting process, from application through to hiring. For example, we found it had taken them 18 man days (not hours!) of interviews to get their previous hire.
We revamped their recruiting pipeline, from talent attraction through to screening and interviewing. In particular, we focused on streamlining their interview processes and training their interviewers to give them the confidence they needed to make better decisions a shorter time.
