Jeremy has over 20 years of experience as a management, technology and human capital consultant in North America and Asia. Jeremy is an experienced business leader, transformation consultant and thought leader.  He is currently the founder and CEO for Third Idea – a strategy and human capital consultancy that delivers people and organization services to enable business transformations.

 

Jeremy has experiences leading professional services businesses and diverse teams across 8 countries in Asia. He also possesses significant experience leading transformation programs in human resources for public and private sector clients.

 

Jeremy’s previous positions included serving as the CEO for Aon Hewitt’s Southeast Asia business and leading Aon Hewitt’s consulting business in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prior to working at Aon Hewitt, Jeremy led IT and business transformation projects for IBM across North American and Asia and started and managed IBM’s public sector thought leadership research group.

 

Jeremy has published numerous original research papers on emerging trends in human capital management and spoken frequently at conferences across the Asia Pacific region.

 

Jeremy received a Masters in Management (MBA) and a Masters of Arts in Political Science (MA) from Purdue University (USA), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University.
