Joanne Flinn, the Business Growth Lady, is an international award-winning author, futurist, and board director. She ran her first $10 million business at 24, before going on to lead multi-million-dollar businesses for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Founder and CEO of Projects Wings, Joanne helps leaders grow their business bringing together capital, digitisation, innovation, and people. Her specialization is mentoring leaders in situations that may look impossible to do, but are critically important to do well.

 

She’s spoken across the globe at leading industry conferences, twice at TEDx Talks and is part of the Oxford Futures Forums at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. Joanne is the Founder of the Purple Elephant movement addressing the power of equity to create a better world.
