We developed a strategic workforce planning approach and framework to be used across the region. This included a playbook that enabled the client to share a customised user guide on how to conduct strategic workforce planning across the business and the HR team.


We built a workforce planning model and analysed future demand scenarios to predict future-state workforce requirements. We also built internal capability of the client via a series of strategic workforce planning workshops to help effectively launch the process. We worked with the client to agree on workforce priorities, model demand, as well as workforce gaps. And, we developed detailed workforce plans for pilot market.



Strategic workforce planning is now a key part of the business planning process and a KPI of the business leaders and HR teams across all markets in Asia. It has allowed the client to identify the key roles and skills and capabilities required for its long term success.
