THE SOLUTION

Working with the Maybank HR team, we addressed several compensation strategies at the Board, C-Suite and staff levels to support their business and people strategies.

THE OUTCOME

Today, the bank is clearly a regional player with a broad footprint, both in terms of business units and geographic reach, in great part due to the HR policies implemented. This project is now a written case case for business students.
