We enhanced strategic alignment, internal capabilities and culture through a mix of consulting, team coaching and workshop facilitation. We worked with leadership to realign investments against more promising markets, to agree SG&A reductions and to reorganise some functions. In addition to working collaboratively to address business improvement opportunities, we actively tackled team dynamics and the ‘softer’ barriers to progress.
