I am a multi-award-winning Citi veteran whose pioneering work in human capital analytics has propelled me onto my country’s stage. I am constantly invited to speak about the power of evidence-based management in transforming organisation and the way it optimises their human capital.

 

In 2013, I co-founded Red & White Consulting Partners LLP, a multi-award-winning boutique business analytics consultancy which leverages data and analytics to ‘connect the dots’ between People, Products and Profit, so as to improve business performance. My firm’s clients range across diverse industries, in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam and China. The firm is particularly unique in its human capital analytics solutions and helping companies set-up and optimize their business analytics capabilities.

 

Before my life as an entrepreneur, I had a varied and illustrious career at Citibank, where I spent 18 years working across Risk, Product, Sales and Strategy roles. In my last role, I was the Director of Decision Management for Citi Indonesia and was a six-time winner of Citibank’s Global Decision Management Excellence Award. During my tenure as an Analytics leader, I introduced a variety of innovative and break-through solutions, such as a customer-sales agent matching construct that lead to double-digit productivity growth, and linking psychometrics profiling with employee performance that challenged long-held assumptions. I have worked in Malaysia and New York as part of the bank’s elite talent acceleration program.

 

I graduated from Universitas Indonesia, one of the top universities in Indonesia, with a B.A. in Economics. I am also currently the Chairperson and founding member of Sales Director Indonesia (Association), a community of business leaders committed to improve access to collaboration and business acceleration.
