Su-Yen is Founder and CEO of Bronze Phoenix, a premier provider of solutions that help organisations and leaders reinvent themselves. She is a global speaker, thought leader, best-selling author, and board director, who helps audiences around the world navigate the intersection of technology, strategy and leadership.

 

She brings an established track record with multinational and local organisations; established and start-up operations; private and publicly-held companies. She has advised and worked with some of the world’s largest, most innovative, and complex organisations.

 

Su-Yen currently serves on the Boards of several public, private, membership, and not-for-profit organisations. She is Chairperson, Nera Telecommunications, and Independent Director at MediaCorp, Yoma Strategic Holdings, NTUC First Campus, and CPA Australia. Previously, she was CEO, Human Capital Leadership Institute; Chairman (Singapore), Marsh & McLennan Companies; Southeast Asia Managing Director, Mercer; Asia Managing Partner, Communications, Information, and Entertainment Practice, Oliver Wyman.

 

She is a highly-rated guest lecturer at leading universities worldwide, and is often featured in print, broadcast and online media. She holds a BA (summa cum laude) in music and computer science, and an MBA. She is Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Directors, and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation.
