A telecommunication engineer by background who pursued consulting paths more than half of my life. Successfully built Mercer (Thailand) to a leadership position in the market by building practices and customer bases which the firm still leverage its businesses from nowsday. During the tenure at Mercer, the first M&A Playbook was developed for two of the largest conglomerates in Thailand. Integrated Human Capital assessment framework was adopted by Ministry of Finance to assess how effective were the Human Resource Management Systems in State-Owned Enterprises. Our Compensation Database became the more comprehensive since then, Started Retirement Actuarial Practices and incubated consulting business of Japanese clients.

 

Shifted mycareer to corporate world by working as Chief People Officer at the leading Investment Banking and one of the top four largest commercial banks by asset size. Co-led the transformation with CEOs in both enterprises from Post-Merger Integration, Setting up Product Groups, Strengthening Corporate Banking Businesses through redesigning Organization Structure and HR systems and practices.

 

Currently serve as an advisor to CEOs, a mentor and coach to HR functions and talents as well as successors of the 3 large business groups which are undergoing Transformation and Building New S-Curve.
